This invoice is to be filled out and submitted to the SEP interview coordinator only upon completion of (1) executive summary of interview; and (2) edits to the interview transcript. This invoice should be submitted electronically along with these materials. Payment will only be processed once these materials are received by the SEP interview coordinator. Any invoice submitted prior to receipt of these materials will be disregarded! It is the responsibility of the interviewer to ensure this invoice is submitted!
